Description
This native hybrid house was a real special build. Using a combination of reinforced concrete, cement hollow block and native materials, we were able to design and build a large house of approximately 140 sqm for what it would normally cost to build a conventional home of 100 sqm.
The house was first sold to a British expat, Julian, who later sold it to a Canadian. We are now building another house for him in the Tunga Tunga project, overlooking Apo Island
