Concept – Kalinaw Dagat, meaning “peaceful sea” in the local dialect, is small community of independent homes for clients who have always dreamed of a laid back , tropical island paradise lifestyle. Prices of house and lot packages to be in the 4.9-6 million peso range ( 100,000 to 120,000 USD)

The land area of this project consists of approximately 2,700 sqm, sub-divided into 5 lots of approximately 500 +- square meters each. All lots have a minimum of 17 meters of prime beachfront as well as individual access to the main cemented highway. 2 lots have been sold as land only purchases, and the remaining 3 parcels will be sold as house and lot packages, with the houses being a unique design mixing light weight native materials and concrete.

SITE DEVELOPMENT – MDEI will provide the following

• All lots are directly on the national highway so will have their own access to municipal water supply and power from local supplier
• Infrastructure and access for high speed internet through our internet service provider (Airlinks). Home owners to contract directly with Airlinks for their individual service of between 5 and 30 MBps. This system is expected to be in place by mid 2018
