Our American client, Kent, has fond memories of a time in his spent doing marine research around Sumilon island, and when he decided it was time to have that Dumaguete dream home, he absolutely fell in love with a lot having a spectacular view of his old stomping grounds. This house is a 2 story design with plenty of glass to optimize the natural beauty of the location.
