With all the pieces coming together , we have pulled the trigger on the construction start of our flagship Siquijor vacation home and resort community project. This project is targeted towards foreign vacationers and investors and modeled after a Hotel Room Investment concept.

Right now we are busy laying out our first model home and site development, and will gear up quickly to begin another 10-12 units, the pool, dive shop and ocean-side lounge.
