New Modern Home

Just as we were nearly finished our first Modern home and 3 days after it was sold, a dutch couple had a look. They were blown away and very disappointed that they missed out., however the solution was simple. Build another one!!

After walking through the existing model, Margriet and Wilhem decided on a few modification, which were quickly done by our in house design team. Now we have started construction on this home and hope to get them into their Dumaguete Dream Home by the end of the year.

We will not let you down Margriet and Wilhem! Your dream is just beginning!

This new spec home we are building will be awesome!! It is a 2 story model with a huge upstairs master suite that includes a spacious washroom and 2 terraces. There is a garage with gym, and options for a pool and 2 extra guest suites . This house will have it all and certainly earns it place in our dream home inventory!

Ocean View Bungalow Construction Start

We are about halfway complete now of one of our recent home build starts. This house is a single story bungalow with about 150 square meters of floor space under roof. A large open style living/kitchen/dining area and 2 large bedroom, with a common washroom and 1 large and comfortable en-suite. Waht makes this home truly spectacular is a large bank of full length glass indows and doors leading to a covered lanai, overlooking the lights of Dumaguete, the Mindanao sea and the islands of Siquijor, Cebu and Sumilon.

The lucky clients who snagged this place are American retirees who fell in love with Dumaguete and surrounding Negros Oriental.

Dauin Semi-Detached Homes

Our Semi-detached homes in front of the Masaplod Norte marine sanctuary, just north of the town of Dauin, are pretty well complete. One side has been sold and turned over to more happy clients, Juergen and his wife Donnah.

We are still doing some of the exterior work around the houses such as landscaping and pool, but they are in and enjoying their new dumaguete dream home from MDEI.

Modern Style Home Completion

Our first turnover has taken place and we are pleased to announce that they are thrilled with the finished product. David and Monica, Swiss retirees, took possession at the beginning of March and will be furnishing then moving in to their spectacular new residence over the coming weeks.

This Dumaguete dream home is a modern style 2 story house with a great open concept plenty of indoor-outdoor living space, optimizing the spectacular views of the Tanon Strait.
