This model is a modification of the EXPANSE 1 design, and as the name entails, it is all about wide open spaces. From the moment you walk in the door and enter into the open concept, modern minimalist style living room, kitchen and dining room, you will see what we mean. Not only is the interior spacious, but add in the high vaulted ceiling and the complete wall of windows overlooking the ocean, and you will be blown away.
Sadly though, you were not quick enough to make this home your own. Recently reserved by a Dutch couple, Willhem and Margriet, they are the lucky couple who will soon be moving into their new dream home!
