As foreigners cannot own land in the Philippines, when they decide to become part of our Kalma Bukid community, they will be given a 25 year, + 25 year renewable lease for the house and lot. This lease will satisfy all the necessary requirements for a your SSRV (retirement visa). We will painstakingly and with full transparency, walk you through the full documentation process which will ensure your are 100% protected. If you are a Filipino, you can buy the lot outright
lots in phase at Kalma Bukid will range from 2.2 million Php to 2.9 million Php. Your purchase or lease can be paid entirely up front for a discount, or you can opt from one of our easy payment plans, customized to fit your particular needs. A monthly fee for common facility maintenance and services shall be charged to the clients based on previous year’s expenses.
