We are a company that will always be open to ways we can provide our clients with options that other developers cannot or will not deliver.
Sometimes the best way to do that is to partner with someone who has something positive they can bring to the mix. Whether it be that perfect property, financial resources, or simply a vision that we feel we want to be a part of, we always keep an open mind.
Currently our company is involved with 2 such joint venture partnerships, which we felt would add substantially to our operations.
- The first is in as a partner in MDEI (Metro Dumaguete Estates Incorporated). This is a company with a unique vision to develop what we call resort living communities. These communities mirror a resort setting where there will be extensive common facilities and amenities and offer in house services for common Expat and retiree client’s needs such as legal, medical and immigration. MDEI has development in the planning stages of a mountain side community in Sibulan and a beach front community in Bacong and one on virgin white sand beach only 10 minutes form the downtown Dumaguete City core.
- The Second is with a Canadian investor who has purchased an amazing piece of land in the mountains to the west of Dauin, overlooking the ocean and Apo Island.
